I will not hold D&P Productions, or their agents, responsible for any damage that may occur to records or tapes while they are in D&P Production’s, or their agents, possession. I further understand that on complete restoration orders D&P Productions will do everything they can to remove as much unwanted noise, pops, crackles, hiss, etc, from the recordings as possible. However, I understand that it may not be possible to remove all unwanted noise.  I also understand that skips may not be able to be removed and may be left in the recording.
