This is a 45 minute slide show that is broken up into parts for the convenience of viewing on the web. Probably not something you want to do on dial-up. On the CD/DVD there will be a menu with all these different parts so you don't have to sit through the whole thing every time you watch this wonderful presentation! I admit to spelling, capitalization and other typographical errors, and also to miss-naming people or miss-spelling their names; I just ran out of time. Send corrections to me at the email below.
